Lacie RikikiMeet Rikiki, Lacies smallest mobile hard drive today. Rikiki is a french word which means petit or small, but this portable hard drive isn’t small in terms of quality.

The casing is made of brushed aluminum making it light and tough. There’s an orange LED light on the front and micro usb slot which you use to connect it to your machine.

Lacie includes a pygmy marmoset on one a photo of the Rikiki, which means it’s as small as the smallest monkey. They should have put a real monkey instead of a computer generated pygmy marmoset.pygmy marmosets lacie rikiki monkey

The Rikiki measures 109.7 x 75 x 13.4 mm, weights 5.57 oz. and works with Mac and PCs. This petit hard drive is available in 250GB, 500GB, 640GB and price starts at about 70 UK Pounds or 115 USD.

Although the Rikiki is so small, you still have to carry a USB cable every time. Having a built in USB cable could have make this thing a bit more appealing (like the Starck designer series),but will compromise the size though.
