It turned out that my internet connection was intermittent and itunes cant download podcasts, even my file downloads through safari gets done with a corrupt file. After some diagnostics i figured out that my linksys router (BEFSR41) is having problem, connecting directly to my ISP provided zyxel model and everything went fine… I can now download my podcasts and error 3150 resolved.
I think updating Linksys BESFRS41′s firmaware, and set my mac on DMZ will be the ultimate fix, but i’m just too lazy right now…
