Are you one of those users who have a probelm when updating their iPhone Apps from within iTunes? When you click Updates Available link at the bottom of the window, do you get an “unknown error” number 5002, if you do then then I may have found the fix for you.
Dan Frakes of MacWorld is having the same problem and he found a fix for this 5002 error. He found the solution on an Apple discussions thread whish states that
If you’ve got apps in your library, delete any that have just a black icon (like the picture below). This should solve the 5002 error and then you can download the deleted apps again for free.
So take a look at your Application screen and look for those icons, if you find any, just delete them, you can download them again for free later.
I hope that this may solve thoe problems (if you have nay). I’ll look for more tips and tricks so remember to visit when you have the time.
