According to LifeHacker, Wikipedia just launched their mobile-friendly version of the famous online encyclopedia, Wikipedia. You can take a look at the mobile version of Wikipedia at http://mobile.wikipedia.org/
The mobile version of the site offers a trimmed down version of Wikipedia which supports 14 languages, and even has a mysterious Spoken Wikipedia setting that—though currently not enabled, may presumably one day read Wikipedia articles to you. It may not look like an advanced mobile webapp at this point, but it does break down Wikipedia articles into a nice, readable format for your small screen which can be handy at times.
