Arnold Kim of MacRumors posted a link to iPhoneHellas.gr showing a screenshot from the latest iPhone 2.2 Beta 2 which shows that Apple is seeking to increase customer participation in reviewing iPhone and iPod touch apps.

They say that the latest firmware will ask for the users rating when he/she deletes a certain App in her iPhone or iPod Touch. Apple would presumably send the rating back to the iTunes App Store. Apple had originally allowed any user to leave an app ratings, but now requires customers to have purchased an application prior to rating/reviewing it.

New features are also rumored to apear on the new firmware which includes: Google Street View, Public Transit Times and Walking Directions and lastly, Location Sharing

I got a question though, If a user removes an App from their iPhone of iPod Tocuh doesn’t it mean that they don’t like or have a bad impression on the said App? Or course they will give it a bad rating. I don’t know yet the full details of this new feature but I just hope that Apple has a way to balance users view on Apps.
