Minox publicized the new Minox DCC 5.0 White Edition, a new member of it’s Classic Camera Collection. It offers 5 megapixel resolution and a small 1.5 inch screen. This mini 1950′s rangefinder camera comes in black, satin-lined wooden box trim and in an exclusive Gold Edition (classic bling bling). This camera does not compete with the Olympus Pen, Gf1, and Leicas instead it offers superior miniaturization to the classic camera enthusiast .
This Minox Classic Cameras will be available this October. It have a 123MB internal memory and can record images on an SD or SDHC up to 16GB. The build-in lens is a 42mm equivalent f/2 minoctar and is compatible with Minox Camera Flash.
