FujiFim recently announced its five new digital cameras, the F300EXR, Z800EXR, S2800HD, Z80, and JX280.

The the 14 megapixel S2800HD‘s main feature is its 18x zoom which is equivalent to 28-504mm), it shoots 720p video, has mini-HDMI, tracking AF, and smile/blink detection.

Fuji Film F300EXR offers less zoom at 15x (equivalent to 24-360mm), a smaller 12MP EXR Super CCD sensor but features a new gyroscopic sensor to prevent blur caused by hand shake at high zooms. Additional features includes a 3″ 460K screen, 24fps 720p HD video recording, motion panorama and the ability to recognize  upto 8 faces.

The more stylish Z800EXR my only have 5x zoom, but it’s slim, and small form factor will appeal to those who do not want a bulky camera. Available in pink, black, red or gold, the Z800EXR have a bigger 3.5 touch screen with tap to focus functionality.

And last are two budget friendly compact 14 megapixel cameras the Z80 and the JX280 which comes with 5x optical zoom, HD video recording and a 2.7″ screen.

The JX280 costs $150, $260 for the S2800HD, $230 for the Z800EXR and the F300EXR at $330 is the most expensive in the new line of FujuFilm point and shoot cameras.
