This odd looking digital SLR concept looks cool, but as much as I want something unique or let’s say innovative the curved digital SLR concept by Yaniv Berg could fail in several ways. First the lens is located at the top which could be hard to view in direct sunlight, it have no optical nor electronic view finder, the design doesnt include prevision for flash or hot shoe option and it doesn’t look comfortable to hold.
This concept could be fun, but SLR’s with tilting LCD light the D5000 and the upcoming Canon 60D is a better option. Do you think this kind of SLR concept will hit the prime time?
