Philip Bloom a film maker creates stunning short films showcasing the power of Canon EOS 7D‘s HD movie capabilities. Philip used the Canon 7d, Zacuto Tactical rig, Z-Finder V2 and Canon 35mm f1.4 that’s responsible for that beautiful bekeh (beautifully blurred background). According to Philip’s review the shutter rolling problem inherited from the 5D Mark II was a bit reduced in the new 7D.
