Today at IFA 2009 Toshiba surprised the delegates with the introduction of a Mobile Internet Device (MID) in a slab form factor, they call it The Journe Touch. The MID can play HD videos on it’s 800×480 screen, browse the web with it’s built-in wifi, and watch videos on youtube or Acetrax. The interface looks iPhone-ish, you can see flickr, msn, picasa, and facebook buttons for quick access.
Pocketables blogged about an IPod looking 5″ tablet running on Android. The Back is in chrome just like the iPod, and the front is glass with chrome bezel which resembles as an iPod Touch with a bigger screen.
