Yes its possible to blog on wordpress using your iPhone but here a list of drawbacks..
- no copy paste, cannot copy info from another site.
- no full visual editor won’t work, need to use the built-in HTML editor.
- cannot upload pictures and put photos on post
These are just some of the few things keeping me from blogging from an iPhone, it seems tolerable since I know HTML and I don’t usually use photos but it realy sucks when you cant just copy and paste info from other sites, like “link url” imagine this.. You need to memorize the url which is frustrating and time consuming, plus you need a pen and paper the use HTML editor to manually type it in the link code…
Calling out the guys at Cupertino, copy and paste please..perhaps some good Samaritan create a free app to enable copy paste or just create a wordpress blogging application for iPhone 2.0.
And btw this post is publised using an iPhone.
update: Typepad has been optimized to be used on iphones, why not wordpress?
